Remote Area Surcharge (Luggage Orders Only):
For luggage products only, a remote area surcharge of AU$50 applies to deliveries to certain remote postcodes in Australia due to higher logistics and carrier costs. -

This surcharge will be calculated automatically at checkout if applicable.

For luggage products under 24", there is an additional AU$30 surcharge for deliveries to New Zealand. -
Exclusions:
Getaway luggage sets and any suitcase 24" or larger are not available for shipping to New Zealand.

Where will my order ship from?
All orders ship out of our warehouse located in Sydney.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes. We ship to PO Boxes Australia. If you don’t have a residential address, please reach out to our team at auservice@bagsmart.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you!
- Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day.
- Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements. Delivery of products will be subject to the Terms of Service provided by the carrier.
