The Bags Australians Keep Coming Back To

The best-selling bags in this collection cover the full range of how Australians travel and carry — domestic hops, international trips, daily commutes, and weekend getaways.

The Blast 38L Travel Backpack is consistently one of the top-rated travel bags in the lineup — expandable 28–38L, underseat approved, and built with a 180-degree clamshell and dedicated shoe compartment. The Blast Pro 38L steps it up with ripstop nylon, YKK zippers, a lockable laptop sleeve, and an RFID pocket for frequent flyers who want the upgraded build. For those who want wheels, the Blast 43L Roller Backpack combines full backpack carry with smooth PU wheels across 3 carry modes.

On the luggage side, the Getaway 20'' Carry-On is the top-selling hard-shell carry-on — polycarbonate shell, GlideTech 360° spinner wheels, and a wide colourway range. The Getaway 26'' Check-In pairs naturally with it for trips that need both.

For everyday carry, the Paz 23L Work Backpack and Paz 23L Tote are the most popular commuter picks in the Paz lineup — lightweight, quilted, and available in a wide range of colourways. The Bubble Puffy Laptop Tote is the standout in the tote range.

BAGSMART Best Sellers
Frequently Asked Questions

BAGSMART is an Australian-stocked travel bag brand making backpacks, carry-on luggage, totes, and accessories built around practical organisation and carry-on-friendly sizing. If you're looking for the best travel bag brand to buy in Australia, the core ranges to know are: Blast for travel backpacks, Getaway and Pebble for hard-shell carry-on luggage, and Paz for everyday commuter bags. Every bag ships locally, with specs and dimensions on each product page so you can verify fit before ordering.

The Blast 38L is consistently the top-selling travel backpack on BAGSMART AU — popular for domestic flights, international carry-on trips, and everything in between. The Getaway 20'' Carry-On is the top-selling hard-shell luggage option. For everyday carry and commuting, the Paz 23L Work Backpack and Paz 23L Tote lead the Paz lineup in sales.

Based on reviews and sales, the top-rated bags on BAGSMART AU include the Blast 38L Travel Backpack (1,600+ reviews), the Getaway 20'' Carry-On (300+ reviews), the Paz 23L Work Backpack (275+ reviews), the Paz 23L Tote (266+ reviews), and the Bubble Puffy Laptop Tote (222+ reviews). Ratings and review counts are on each product page.

Start with how long you travel and whether you need carry-on or check-in. For 3–7 day carry-on trips, the Blast 38L or Faro 29L Set are the top picks. For longer trips or checked travel, the Getaway check-in range or Blast Pro 40L cover more ground. For daily commutes and campus carry, the Paz 23L Work Backpack and laptop backpack range have the most options. The collections menu above filters by category if you want to narrow it down.

Start with packed dimensions — not all bags labelled "carry-on" fit every carrier, and budget airlines like Jetstar are particularly strict on size. For quality travel bags that hold up over time, look at shell material (ripstop nylon is more durable than standard nylon), zipper quality (YKK is the benchmark), and whether the pocket layout actually matches how you pack. Exact specs and dimensions are on every BAGSMART product page so you can verify before ordering.

For a practical travel gift, the Blast Travel Organization Set covers everything in one box — a Blast 38L, packing cubes, and a toiletry bag in a matched colourway. For something lighter, the Paz 23L Tote or Bubble Puffy Laptop Tote are popular picks with wide colourway ranges. If you're not sure on size or style, BAGSMART AU also offers e-gift cards.

The core lineup — Blast 38L, Getaway 20'', Paz 23L Tote and Backpack — has been consistently at the top for some time. New arrivals like the Blast Pro 38L, Moss collection, and REIKI Hobo Bag have moved up quickly since launch. This page is updated to reflect what's actually selling, so it's a good starting point if you're not sure where to begin.

Yes — BAGSMART AU ships to all Australian states and territories with free shipping on orders over $60. Average delivery is 3–4 business days across most of Australia. Orders come with 30-day returns and a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Check the product guarantee page for full terms.
