Built for the Way You Actually Travel

Whether you're heading interstate or flying internationally, the challenge is the same: fitting everything you need into a bag that clears airline limits and stays organised across long transit times. The Blast lineup opens flat like a suitcase — a 180-degree clamshell that lays the laptop compartment flat at security and doubles as a packing surface at the hotel. The Faro 29L Set solves the two-bag problem for international travel in one purchase, pairing a carry-on-ready backpack with a matching personal item. The Soar 25L Set keeps your essentials separate with a built-in toiletry bag — a practical combo for weekend getaways and domestic flights. The Falco 40L expands for trips that genuinely need more room, and the Dense 40Ltakes a more structured approach for travellers who want a rigid, organised build. For long airport walks through terminals like MEL or SYD international, the Blast 43L and Blast Pro 43L Roller Backpacks let you switch between backpack carry and smooth PU wheels without needing separate luggage.

Pack once. Keep moving.

Frequently Asked Questions

The best pick depends on how you travel. For carry-on airline travel, the Blast 38L and Faro 29L Set are strong options — sized for overhead bins and built for 5–7 day trips without checking a bag. For day trips and shorter getaways, the Blast 28L and Soar 25L Set cover most needs. If you want to roll rather than carry, the Blast 43L Roller and Blast Pro 43L Roller combine full backpack straps with smooth PU wheels. All bags ship from BAGSMART AU with free shipping over $60.

For longer international trips, the Blast Pro 40L is the strongest pick — rated for 1–2 weeks carry-on, with a lockable laptop sleeve, RFID pocket, and YKK zippers. For shorter trips or stricter budget carrier limits, the Blast 38L and Faro 29L Set keep you carry-on only without checking a bag. The Faro 29L Set covers both the carry-on and personal item slot in a matching pair — a clean one-bag international setup.

For a European trip from Australia, the Blast Pro 40L or Falco 40L give you enough capacity for longer stays while fitting most overhead bin limits. For city travel and day trips, the Blast 28L or Soar 25L Set offers a lighter carry that moves easily from public transport to exploring on foot.

The Blast and Faro collections are popular with women who travel frequently — both balance practical organisation with a clean, carry-ready look. The Faro 29L Set works well for international travel covering both cabin slots; the Blast 38L and Blast Pro 38L handle longer trips. The Soar 25L Set is a lighter option that comes with a matching toiletry bag for weekend and short domestic travel.

Match the bag to how long you're going and how you like to pack. Under 30L works well for day trips and shorter domestic carries; 38–40L handles most 5–7 day international trips without checking a bag; 40L+ suits extended travel or travellers who pack more. The Falco 40L expands for extra capacity when you need it. Check the individual product page for exact dimensions before booking — airline size limits vary by carrier and route, and budget airlines in particular can be strict.

The Blast 38L is carry-on-ready for 5–7 day trips, with a water-repellent exterior and a 180-degree laptop compartment that lays flat at security. The Blast Pro 38L uses the same layout in upgraded materials — a better fit for business trips or international travel where you want a more polished finish. The Blast 38L Mesh is a lighter variant with mesh panelling for better ventilation; the Blast 38L TPU uses a TPU exterior for a cleaner, wipe-down surface.

Yes. The Blast 43L Roller Backpack and Blast Pro 43L Roller Backpack combine full backpack carry with smooth PU wheels and hideaway straps — roll it through the terminal or carry it on your back depending on the situation.
